- Submit your research abstracts, issue panel proposals, and/or workshop proposals to be presented at ISPOR Sao Paulo!
Outcomes research on all health care interventions (including drugs, devices, behavioral modification programs, surgery, disease prevention, gene therapy, screening, diagnostic procedures, and health education) and on all diseases or methodologies are considered. Abstracts are evaluated on the quality of the study (or concept) and the quality of the presentation. Accepted research is presented as a 15-minute podium presentation or a poster presentation with an author discussion hour. All podium presentations and the top 10% of poster presentations, based on peer review evaluation, are recognized as finalists for an ISPOR Research Presentation Award.

Andrey Vorobiev, President of the Moscow Scientific Student Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research, and Faculty Advisor, Pavel Vorobiev MD, Professor, First Moscow State Medical University, Moscow, Russia, submitted a request for recognition as the ISPOR First Moscow State Medical University Student Chapter. The required evidence (student chapter application with location, student chapter constitution, student chapter officers and advisor) were included in the submission. Bill Crown moved and Tony Tarn seconded that the ISPOR First Moscow State Medical University Student Chapter is approved. Motion approved.
