3-4 June 2013 at the Polish Embassy in Moscow was held a
V Russian-Polish Pharmacoeconomic Forum
Organized by the RSPOR and Polish pharmacoeconomic society.
The event program included presentations by representatives of the Polish Ministry of Health, the Health Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, professors of medical universities of both countries, experts in the field of pharmacoeconomics and clinical studies, the executive staff of the Russian and Polish Pharmacoeconomic companies, agencies of registration drugs in Poland, and practicing physicians. Besides them actively participated in the Forum and representatives of the Accounts and Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the chief clinical pharmacologist in Moscow, representatives of the Ministries of Health of several regions of the Russian Federation, members of the Formulary Committee of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, executives and managers of several pharmaceutical companies.
Thanks to knowledge level of the Forum participants, discussions during the event were very productive and led to important results. At the end, it was suggested writing a resolution on the Forum and bringing it to the attention of the society. We believe that the experience of our Polish colleagues are very important to us and can lead to positive changes in the Russian health care in terms of drug supply its citizens.
