The mission of the magazine - bring together clinical pharmacologists, experts in pharmacoeconomics, pharmacoepidemiology and medical evidence for the development of rational drug supply in Russia and the CIS, which implements the principles of fairness and accessibility of medical care.
To create a journal is to provide quality medical care with the use of formularies and standards based on modern advances of clinical pharmacology. The magazine is the press organ of Russian Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research" (MOOOFI - RSPOR), Eurasian Alliance of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (EVRASPOR), the association of clinical pharmacologists, St. Petersburg, Formulary Committee of Russian Medical Sciences.
